Standing in the Mirror is a book of complex self-portraits and poetry that explores the complexity of our personal narrative as time weaves itself through our lives.  The past, our dreams, realized and lost, our dangling hopes, are all a part of how we each define ourselves.  The narrative is never static as much as we like to fool ourselves about who we are. 

Standing in the Mirror, although quite personal, will appeal to an audience of both photographers, other artists, writers, and the psychologically minded set, particularly those interested in how we might better age wisely. 

Although the book was born in the isolation of Covid it explores more universal and timeless themes about self discovery and the layering of time in our personal stories.
